    <description>&lt;P&gt;are emails also not loading on wifi? or is the issue only on data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if emails arent loading while connected to wifi, it could be a phone issue where you need to reset your network settings. If its a data issue, it seems like the activation process was not completed, and i would get in touch with customer support for further assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
