      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had several suggestions how to contact a Customer Support Agent but they have so far just ended up in an endless loop of Artificial Unintelligence Blather. This all started by getting to step 6 then subscription not activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one cure suggested was to log into the community and make changes to my profile. I see no place that is marked my profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
