I am trying to port a land line to PM and they say that “ phone number not eligible for port” What could be wrong?

@Shorty2 Not all number can be ported . Best to first check the number eligibility to be ported

Check to see if # can be ported

Do you have service on your landline before porting?

You can’t port over if you cancel service before porting.
