if you haven't rec'd the PM sim, then you're not committed to any plan yet. Once you get the pm sim, download the free PM app to activate on any currently offered plan. It could take up to 3 weeks for the sim to arrive iif sent via Canada Post.

Members have reported that it will take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Once it arrives, download the PM app and activate the SIM and choose the plan you want.

Have you bought a SIM card? I was told you could buy them from any Telus store if you don’t want to wait for one online.
