      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my Sim card. When I tried to log into my account, it wants to send a code to my cell phone to verify my account. Unfortunately, my cell phone will not work because it has no Sim card. I haven’t been able to select another verification option Such as email. And of course I can’t reach anyone at public mobile. Please help. It would be nice to have a step-by-step how I can log into my account and enter the new Sim card information. I also want to maintain my account benefits and telephone number. Thanks so much for any help you can provide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
