My phone always showed caller ID but now everyone that calls me is coming up as private number. I have checked all my settings, with no luck. Please help me.

what phone do you have?? make sure you update the phone with latest OS and update all the app on app store

And do you have another phone around to test?? put the PM sim card there and test caller id to confirm if it is a device issue

agian, make sure the phone has the latest OS update.

Then on your phone, go to Settings and find the "Default caller ID & spam app" , if it is currently set to "None", select the "Phone" app. But if it is already set to "Phone" set it to "None", reboot the phone and then back to "Phone"
