Hello,

I wanted to see why my account says "Plan Expired."

I have not been able to access data, but have been able to make text and phone calls.

I cannot see my plan details or data usage, my payment method is correct and up to date.

Please advise.

Lindsay

@lindsayt93, what plan were you one? Do you know what your renewal date was/would have been? If it was today/tomorrow, sometimes the self service portal reports that an account is suspended/expired the day of/just before renewal. As for data not working is it possible that you simply ran out of data? If your plan renewal is beyond today/tomorrow, you can contact the moderators team to find out why your account shows as expired.

Click here to send the moderator team a private message.
You can find information regarding the moderator team by following this link.
