I got a phone plan with eSIM but doesn’t work. I bought a physical sim. How can I switch my subscription to physical sim

@Hp3 Login to your self-serve account and change SIM card number.

Sign in to the Public Mobile app or My Account
Go to ‘Account’.
Tap on 'Change Your SIM Card'.
Input the 19-digit code from your new SIM.
Click ‘Save Changes’.

@Hp3 You can do this in your account . Profile page and sim swap the number

hi @Hp3 in case you are using app, the place to change sim is slightly different. Login to the app, from the bottom, go to Account, click Change your sim card and enter the new sim card number there
