Which SIM do I use to port over.

I’m porting over a phone from Fido to PM.

Do I use the IMEI number for the Fido physical SIM that’s currently on there or the available sim? Phone is an iPhone 13.

SIM cards don't have an IMEI. IMEI is attached to the device being used. While IMEI can be used for the purposes of number porting, the Fido account number should be used whenever possible and the IMEI field be left blank.
