Not receiving Texts

I'm not receiving texts, but I can send texts and recieve/send phone calls. How do I fix this?

Hello @Nano1996

Did you just port over from another service provider? If so, did you say yes to their text? If you did say yes and were using another service provider, you may wish to reset your Network Settings and reboot.

Have you tried your SIM card in another phone?

@Nano1996 you sure you can receive calls, especially from non-Telus lines like Rogers or Bell?? Please check again

and for text, you cannot even receive regular texts from friends or just 2FA texts from businesses??

Tried resetting network and in a different phone. No luck. It appears that I'm not receiving texts from some people but not others...
