      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Today, I purchased a Public Mobile card for $20 from 7/Eleven, but when I tried to add it to my phone, I encountered an error stating that the PIN number is invalid. Despite seeking assistance from the 7/Eleven worker, I was told that they are unable to provide a refund or resolve the issue. Also...some vouchers aren't "activated" until several hours after they're sold.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
