      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm facing an issue with accessing my Public Mobile account. When I attempt to log in, it prompts me to confirm my identity with a 6-digit code sent to a phone number that I don't have access to. Unfortunately, I don't know what number this is, and I'm unable to receive the verification code. and there is no email option to receive the 6-digit code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Additionally, I'm being billed every month for my Public Mobile, but I'm unable to cancel my preauthorized payment due to the access issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for any assistance you can provide.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
