ALSO...be aware that PM plan renewals are 30 days...not monthly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes folks get confused with a "Pending Charge".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this indeed a double charge, please click on the bottom right corner chat box and enter the words Customer Service Agent and then follow the prompts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Chalupa_Batman_0-1711821676521.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/798F526650ACC8354E8E175C8645714E/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Chalupa_Batman_0-1711821676521.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes there are two posted&lt;STRONG&gt; charges. My plan is every 90 days and I was charged the full price of the 90 days twice&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/400505"&gt;@Morgan8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you a relatively new customer?&amp;nbsp; Did you activate about 90 days ago?&amp;nbsp; Was there a technical issue with the activation?&amp;nbsp; Sometimes if troubles with activation, a "ghost" account is also created and that leads to double charge.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways, if you do not see the extra funds in your available balance, then you will need to contact customer service agent.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can submit a ticket via the chat bot or the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whatever you do following helpful advices do NOT ask for chargeback from your bank. Eventually issue with double payment will be resolved and you should get a credit if claim is legitimate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do chargeback PM will put you on its 'bad customers' list and you will not be able to use credit card for a year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a ticket ASAP so agent can take a look at your claim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
