you will see different plan, pick one and choose Change on Renewal option Only use Change Now if you need the extra, change now will start the new plan immediately and PM won't partial refund on old existing plan/cycle

Sign into your account click Subscription, you will see what's available.

Read it if you like it, click Change on Renewal.

It will change on your next payment date.

How to change plans

Log into your Public Mobile account, then click on Subscriptions and Add-ons.

Then go to Change Subscription.

Then choose the one you want. There will be 2 options. Change immediately or at the end of cycle. Change it for the end of the cycle. Meaning it will change next month and you won't lose anything you've already paid for this month.
