Make sure Roaming Data is enabled in Settings on the phone. You should have no trouble with send / rec texts. Your phone needs to be on PM's whitelist for VOLTE to best talk-ability. Let us know which phone you have and we can look to see if it is on the list. Otherwise, you need a cellphone that can drop to 2G for calls as the US has shut down their 3G. VOLTE works on LTE so hopefully you have a newer phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

From the settings menu, turn on data roaming.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might have to restart phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this will be helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/329960"&gt;@Fiona66&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in the states often and this is what I do to resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I go into my network settings, I turn OFF automatic and then pick T-Mobile. Then I make sure my data roaming is also turned on them I reboot. From there, I'm up and running and watching horrible cat videos. Ugh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
