@Jazina - If you didn't reply "Stop" to one of the texts promoting it is going to send you any promo offer for you.

you will see the option to opt in. Scroll o the bottom of the page. click the box .

I don't think that is the same as opt in for promos that are targeted to individual customers. That sign up means you will get notification of deals that show up on the site. @Jazina , I suggest you use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket to restore opt in for promos.

Promotional messages don't usually come form 611, although the one notifying me of 240GB being added to my account came from 611. 611 text messages cannot be subsribed to nor unsuscribed from.
