    <description>&lt;P&gt;Got eSim card install, everything seem to be working good except when somebody tries to call it goes directly to voicemail, they can leave a message but I m not even getting it. I am able to call and text and able to receive text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my previous physical Sim card was removed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a recent activation?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I joined PM, I found it took upwards of 48 hrs for everything to come online and be able to use all functions.&amp;nbsp; Not sure why it took that long to activate everything, but if this is the case, then it should start working soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click that little orange ball on lower right side of the page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Better yet...use this link to message Customer Support.
