    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a kyocera duraforce E6910 with android 10 too and have the same issue with the MMS even when the Apn settings are correct.Only data works correctly&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried three different cards/carrier&amp;nbsp; with correct MMS apn settings and the problem still persists.&lt;BR /&gt;you see only the sending arrows which interrupts permanently.&lt;BR /&gt;I think there is a bug on their software or did you solve the issue with a workaround ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The only solution is buying a new phone that’s within the last 6ish years old.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/picture-messaging-updates" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/picture-messaging-updates&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But trying changing your APN settings again. Click add new setting and remove old then add this.
