      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/345921"&gt;@NickWang&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check the telus outage map for your location:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is text and talk working fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try a simple reboot of your phone.&amp;nbsp; Even a network reset (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check your account to see how much data is left in your plan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
