I need to remove automatic payments from my account and also setup my account pin number , any one can help me

To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

If you know the 4 digits account pin, dial *611 from your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone)
enter the account pin, then Press 5 for Autopay and 2 to remove
Login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, then turn off the Subscribed toggle.

Forget I think I am making wrong decisions join public mobile it is totally garbage service ?

It can be frustrating at times. Public mobile is a DIY type of mobile company. There is no live person to talk or chat to. Customers sometimes needs to be comfortable self managing and troubleshooting their accounts.

You can set up your PIN via your self service account. Under profile section.

it's fairly simple once you get used to how the PM website looks and what to do to maneuver around. Personally, I prefer to use a laptop to go in to my account.
