I am trying to purchase this add-on US Roam-Talk Txt 3 GB Data(15d). I have the available funds, and I understand it is a kind of two-way process. One has to purchase it from the bucket fund. However, whenever I try this it does not deduct the amount and no add-ons are included.

@Raj25 Is this a re-buy of the very same US add on ? If it is you need to wait 24 hours after the first one ends . That or chose a different US add on . Only support can apply it back to back of very same US add on back to back without the 24 hour wait

if the first set just expired, yes, you have to wait 24 hours or yes, support can help you to buy without the wait

they usually reply on the same day but since it is a bit late, it could be tomorrow morning before they will reply
