    <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I cancel my subscription and get my money back? My service has not started yet nor ever will based on eSIM not activated. Tried everything according to &amp;nbsp;PM email instructions, account queries, invalid QR….My wife has the same issue as she has transferred her number to PM and nothing has happened during the past 2 days. Fortunately, my number did not port over to PM during the subscription process. How unfortunate….and I was really looking forward to using auto-online-user friendly subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
