Voicemail not working

Hi! I recently changed phones and now the voicemail doesn't answer when somebody calls or when I reject the call. This wasn't the case with my old phone.

*#61#, *#62#, and *#67# all indicate that calls are not being forwarded.

What is the solution for this?

I have a Pixel 6a. I also forgot to mention that I can access the voice mail by long pressing 1.

The voicemail access number that is configured in the phone is:

+1-438-580-4001
