Keep getting an Error 2 when sending texts. Can receive.

@LisaDucharme Have you tried rebooting the phone ? Do you have sms enabled in phone settings ? You can also try to reset network setting to to se if that helps . If still no luck please

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

@LisaDucharme , what phone/messaging app are you using? Perhaps try clearing messaging app cache and restarting the phone.

What type of texts? Regular texts (SMS)? or Picture texts (MMS) ? or both?

Did texting work before?

Is talk and data working?

Maybe try a simple reboot of the phone.
