    <description>&lt;P&gt;After almost 2 weeks of using your product I found out that I am also charged by my regular provider in Canada for a daily roaming fee. Someone told me to turn off my primary number in setting so I did that but now your service won't work outside of wifi. Can you help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a phone number so I can actually talk to a person?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I will private message you the porting team number . They can re trigger the port request for you . Temper to leave old providers&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399592"&gt;@Elisabethmaria&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like porting your old number wasn’t completed so your old SIM should still work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have 90 minutes to reply with YES to complete the porting but since you missed the time frame. You need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you so click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket. So wait for a agent to restart for you and keep the old SIM in your phone and reply with YES.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
