IT IS SO HARD TO GET ANY PROPER HELP HERE. MY ACCOUNT RENEWED YESTERDAY AND IT SAYS I HAVE NO CALL TIME LEFT. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???? THIS IS AFFECTING MY WORK!!!!!!!! AND I CANNOT GET ANY HELP OR CREATE A TICKET BECAUSE THIS SUPPORT SERVICE IS SO LACKING

is the account suspended for payment problem? Call 1-855-4PUBLIC, check if account is active

and you can get support by submitting ticket.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

no traditional phone support here with PM...only crowd sourced suggestions and guidance. You're correct about the chatbot...it's not very helpful or intuitive. The suggestions submitted are your best bet to get you up and running again. Best of luck.

where is my service?

I'm losing my mind here because I have no service and I cannot create a ticket - it just gives me a red error message. my plan auto renewed yesterday and now I want to cancel and switch to another provider because the support service is here is so bad. I need some help and there is none to be found at all.
