      <title>Unable to access my data plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hi&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt; I recently purchased a phone from Amazon. It's supposed to be unlocked.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I am able to make and receive calls. I am able to use wifi if needed for the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;The issue is I am unable to use internet if wifi not present.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Please help.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
