Calling US.

On the Public Mobile Website, the details state as following: (Calls made to numbers starting with the following six digit combinations are not included in US calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726. Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.)

I'm on the $50 • 100GB Canada-US Plan, and I have another line on the $34 • 50GB Canada-US Plan and neither are able to call 340-626-XXXX (The US Virgin Islands.)

That isn't included in the list, so I am just wondering why that wouldn't be working?

When dialing the number I'm calling, I get 'Hi, Public Mobile here, sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again.'

try dialing a 1 ahead of area code...see if that works.

I just tried calling a pizza joint in St Thomas VI but the call won't complete no matter how I dial it. I wonder if US Virgin Islands are out of the PM dialing range.

@Priority I'm wondering if it's considered "International" and you'd need International minutes.
