      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan changed overnight from 5GB ti 50 GB and now I can’t make outgoing calls. People can still call me but it shows up as unknown caller and before always showed the persons name. However, I can’t make any outgoings calls. It’s says your phone is not activated on the network. But yet can receive calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes if you go into your network settings you can reset your networks and reboot sometimes fixes the issue. You may lose some saved wifi locations and bluetooth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399159"&gt;@Suejenkins&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset networks settings is not resetting the phone.&amp;nbsp; It is needed and a useful quick fix.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, you might loss your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connection and you just need to join those Wifi and pair the Bluetooth again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are really worry, then don't do that.&amp;nbsp; Try your sim in another phone for a force sim reprovision, or please submit ticket with PM agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just wondering, are you using an iPhone? If so, did you recently upgrade to that new update 17.4.1 ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
