Usually Forbidden A1 is a sign that the site is down for maintenance. There is no scheduled maintenance I see however it doesn't mean the didn't take it offline for a few minutes to fix something. I'd suggest waiting a few hours then go into your browser settings and clear your cache, cookies and history then reboot your browser and try again.
