      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have attempted to restart the phone, enable disable the phone cell connection.&lt;BR /&gt;Reset my network configuration and reformatted my phone but nothing is working, have not been able to make or receive calls for 2 days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile support no where to be found.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There could be a provisional issue with your SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket so an agent will reset your SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
