Data usage not updating

My data usage has not updated in the app since March 12th. I would like to know my data usage, why is it not updating

That's odd. Perhaps you can try clearing the app cache and reboot the app and try again. OH. Did you download the new app? It's MUCH better than the old one.

Clearing the cache didn't work, I had the new app, but I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's showing the updated usage. Thanks.

@Concamp try logout and log back in

if still not updated, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. But for Android, you can. simply clear data from App info and relogin
