    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried entering a new payment card but my area code is not recognized. I needed to change my address as well and it won't recognize the area code either. I know it is the right area code. What should I try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a stubborn issue with updating credit card at PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a ticket so agent can help you out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open a Ticket through chatbot - &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
