phone number hs changed

I set up and account and the phone number changed on its own. I set it up to have the old number and it changed to a different one after a couple of weeks. how can I change it back?

The phone number normally only changes on its own if number porting was requested but that request failed. If you did ask for a number to be ported to Public Mobile, please check witn your old carrier if your service still works there.
