      <title>Number Transfer issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello yesterday I transferred two number from Koodo.&amp;nbsp; One worked and one is stuck.&amp;nbsp; Still get service on Koodo but no texts, just phone and data.&amp;nbsp; Got the text from Public saying port is good to restart phone but obviously not working.&amp;nbsp; Have tried filling out a ticket but it keeps failing.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas on next steps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Says SOS only. Put Koodo in get data and calls but no texts.&amp;nbsp; Called in was told port was complete but something is wrong obviously since it is not.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise Koodo sim would not work and public would.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
