TXT message is ok, but it is problem with sending or receiving a image or a picture message.

@Pingzh MMS needs Mobile data to be on, do you have it on?

if data on and still fails, try click Reset all networks

@Pingzh You need data, not wifi, for MMS messages. Is your phone android or iPhone?

to Reset all networks

Navigate: Settings > System > Reset options.
Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
Review the info then tap Reset settings.
To confirm, review the info then tap Reset settings.
