      <title>Refund for canceled subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I subscribed and canceled on the same day but I am still waiting for a refund.&amp;nbsp; When I try to login to cancel subscription I get an error message Forbidden A1. My partner's transfer never worked and he cannot login either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are both stuck paying for a service we do not have and cannot get the problem solved via chatbot options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
