    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot call out nor receive calls. This is the first time and suddenly this issue came yesterday afternoon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The network bars fluctuates. I can text but it takes a while before it is sent due to apparent issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it just me?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/398015"&gt;@Azninazn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The agents are not on this community, you would need to submit a ticket using the chat/message icon at the bottom right of this page. &amp;nbsp;But have you tried any of turning airplane mode on for a few minutes and then off again, rebooting the phone, resetting network settings, or taking the sim out and trying it in another working phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
