Do you have a plan that is Canada/US based? If not, did you purchase a US add on? If you do have a Canada/US plan or purchased a US addon, tr&lt;SPAN&gt;y going into your network settings and turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile. Then reboot, see if that works. It worked on mine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot receive or make calls while I am in USA. It rings once and quits. I have powered off my phone several times but still no success. I am trying to get thru to a customer care agent but no reply?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, which phone plan do you have?&amp;nbsp; Does your phone have VoLTE?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agents typically reply with 2-4 hours.&amp;nbsp; They are closed now their response should be received in the morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If possible, put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If calls still don't work, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile. From the settings menu, turn on data roaming.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
