    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/397949"&gt;@Farajime&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, PM payment system is glitchy, but you can add the new card without problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait an hour and try to make a payment again.&amp;nbsp; Some said to wait 24 hours if you can wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need to resume service, then don't wait.&amp;nbsp; Buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611.&amp;nbsp; With that, at least the service is resumed and you can deal with the payment card problem later&lt;/P&gt;</description>
