Hello,

Over the past 2 months, I've had increasing issues receiving MMS messages from some people. Two are on Bell Aliant/Mobility, whatever they call themselves and one is actually on Public Mobile .

It just spins and spins and does not download.

In addition, I have had some issues with group texts in the past 2 weeks, where it just says not sent.

I confirmed some settings in the phone, I tried clearing cachce and data and anything else I could Google.

I re-seated the SIM and rebooted the phone itself.

I am not sure if these issues where present ever since upgrading my plan (moving from 3G to 4G) months back or not. I've set my plan to upgrade again Mar 18, 2024 , I believe it when that changed.

Not sure what else I can try .. I do not feel it's the device and am trying to avoid reseting it.

On another note. At some point my external Call Display switched back from Private # to displaying. How does one change this back to private?
