I have 2 accounts for 2 kids and neither can remember the email address used to create the account. We have been unable to get into the accounts for years and I have not been able to get an answer as to how I can get in and upgrade package.

We click "forgot email" and it sends an email to the email address we don't have. Huge help. Instead of sending a link to the phone number...

I can't get to that stage as I don't have the email to attempt tk log In. I click on forgot email and it sends an email to an email I don't know what jt is, otherwise I wouldn't have clicked "forgot email"

OK but how do I do that I click links and it takes me here or a bot who has no clue what I mean

You can use the other link. Once you click on it, you start typing your message and press send. Since you have 2 different phone numbers, probably best to send 2 separate messages with the different phone numbers.

you could use this link to message Customer Support with your questions. Give them as much account info as you can...ie; ph numbers, acct numbers, name on account etc..

MIND You, I am not criticizing you! Just trying to provide very friendly comment.

No matter how old are your kids, don't you think it is time to teach them to remember or note down (paper, notepad, anywhere) email, log in IDs, passwords, etc.? Not being able to recall those will be very disturbing in a (near) future as everything real everything will be digitalized and not being able to log in to school class, bank, government sites, etc. will cause a great grief to them.
Most (read: all) support will be replaced with AI and good luck with that... Resetting ID/password will be main pain as more and amore crooks will find a way to impersonate you and gain access to your private life.

Welcome to the (bleak) future. Get those kinds in training. Fast!
