      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/295336"&gt;@295336&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;because of the network mode settings.&amp;nbsp; Check the network mode, try using Automatic , or you can manually set to 4G or 5G, but better to stay with automatic if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;btw, what phone is yours?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
