When it indicates "unlimited Canada and US wide minutes" does this include calls made in the US to American and Canadian numbers as well as calls made in Canada to Canadian and American numbers without additional costsd or roaming charges?

yes, it includes calls both way: from Canada to Canada and US as well as from US to Canada and US
