      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/396967"&gt;@Himanshu21&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; There's no tracking but if it has been more than ten business days since you ordered then you can ask customer service for an update. &amp;nbsp;Contact them via the chat/message &amp;nbsp;icon bottom right of this page. &amp;nbsp;The sims come by regular mail and can take from a few days to three weeks. &amp;nbsp;You can also buy one at a local Telus/Koodo corporate store to save time - ask customer service if they will reimburse you if you do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
