    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only bought a voucher once a few weeks ago to test it from a gas station and it was just long white receipt paper that was printed from the cash register. It did not say Public Mobile and when i asked the attendant they didnt know why,&amp;nbsp; but it worked when I used it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I bought a $ 40 voucher last evening at Shopper's&amp;nbsp; Drugmart and it&amp;nbsp; not working. This am I bought $25 voucher at Petro Canada and it also not working. When I logged on&amp;nbsp; to self service it said my service is on hold. Very frustrating situation. Please help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly, &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/396796"&gt;@Madison_girl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, make sure you’re using the correct set of numbers on the voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot get it loaded using the Public Mobile app, under the payment tab, try the website access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn’t work, try dialling 611 from your device and adding the voucher that way.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your service suspended due to no pay?&lt;BR /&gt;You should be able to pay with voucher through web site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess you are entering correct (long) number. And you are definitely sure you bought voucher for PM and not Koodo nor Telus?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
