How do I retrieve my account number? I have forgotten my log in and password so I’ve created this log in to try to get my information.

If you cannot log in to your account you have to open a ticket so agent can help you out.

Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
