      <title>My plan was to be updated at subscription renewal date</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if this can be fixed I had my pm set to update to another subscription today and they took my old subscription amount and they didn't take any from the funds in my account already and I thought that was to apply and then they take the difference from debit&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not changing to the scheduled plan is one thing, but I've never heard of the system not taking available funds in your account before charging your card for the remainder. Are you sure it's not a cache issue? Try to login from an Incognito/Private browser window.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
