If it’s for something for that you did not do such as an add-on you did not purchase or anything like that then you can submit a ticket to a CS agent using the chat bot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sign in then type CS agent then sweeten what happened and then submit the ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that is not worth and uses direct length and do the same thing right what happened and then you can submit your message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you message Customer Support, give them as much acct info as you can.. ie: ph #, acct #, PM pin #, name on account, etc...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
