Can someone please help…agents are useless

I cannot post or comment in the community using my computer with chrome any more. I have used this same setup for years and now my posts are being rejected by Public. Agents and moderators have done nothing for over a month.

i can post or comment using my iPhone (safari). This is my most recent communication with a CS agent. Can anyone help solve this?

Still not working. I can post via iphone/safari but not on my computer using chrome or firefox. Have cleared cache and all history. Please help fix this. It's been OVER a month since I reached out for assistance. This is where they are going:

@DDM69 I only use iPhone on this site , but I’ve also noticed that I cannot copy and paste a thread here to you now if I wanted . like the announcement. Unless I send it to notes and then copy paste . This has been ongoing now that I noticed about 2 weeks . I think with each PM system update the splash pages get corrupted with bugs/glitches like the payment updating / cache issues / my issue of copy paste and now your issue with posting . And it sounds like you have tried all the right things . Not sure it would matter much but maybe try and try different web browsers. Sorry I’m not more help , hopefully someone else comes along and says “ah huh” just do X Yand Z and it fixes the issue for you

@fixin Yes I’ve had plenty of my share of post go to the unmoderated box too . Doesn’t always make sense why .

@Handy1 , It is very frustrating! I have been waiting for 4 months for help with this issue when my ticket was forwarded to the only person I am told that can fix this! 😞 Still no response from her and I check often!

I used to help a fair amount here until my comments kept getting removed or rejected and sent to unmoderated section! Or they would just *poof* disappear! It takes to much energy to keep trying just for it not to stay posted! I can not copy and paste from my notes. The spam filter keeps getting triggered! 😔

Sorry @DDM69 , I know we didn’t have an answer for you on how to fix it (we didn’t break it, we did nothing wrong) but hopefully the right person will see your post & chime in to help us since I see now I am not the only customer with this problem! There’s a few of us!
